Once you’re registered for an online account, you can enroll in Paperless Billing. After you enroll, you will no longer receive paper bills. Instead, you will receive an email notification that a new bill is available for viewing and payment. You can still see your full bill in your online account.

With Paperless Billing you will receive an email notification with important information you need at a glance. For those with an online profile, you’ll see a link to sign in and view a PDF of your bill, plus manage your account, make a payment, etc. For those without an online profile, a PDF of your bill will be attached to the email and password-protected with your ZIP code.
You are unable to be enrolled in both eBill through your bank and Paperless Billing through Piedmont. If you sign up for Paperless Billing through Piedmont, you’ll be unenrolled in eBill through your bank.
Accounts that are linked to an online profile, associated with the same email address, and bill on the same day will be grouped together on the same Paperless Billing email notification. If you do not have an online profile, you will receive a Paperless Billing email notification for each individual account. We encourage customers with multiple accounts to sign up for an online profile to better manage their accounts, including the ability to pay up to 30 accounts at once.
Yes, you can set up to 10 email addresses to receive your paperless bill.
